France - Bikes & Pippa
Having had such a good time cycling in France, and since Pips had long had a yen for driving to France, we combined the two and took the bikes with the car and went cycling and camping and exploring and eating and strolling and eating - oh, did I mention eating?

St Denis les Ponts
St Denis was a very pretty little village, most of it shut unfortunately, I think it was Sunday. We'd been to the friendliest bar in the world for coffee - the owner actually shook my hand when we went in. They had no food but did remember that the epicerie was open and sold things. We cycled back there after coffee and bought brioche, croissant and some excellent custard type pie.
Easy rider
I just can't say enough how easy and good the riding was.
